Where do you get character ideas from?

I usually come up with ideas after seeing art that I like. That usually becomes the avatar. Artists are always credited on the character card. Soon I will provide an email with which anyone can contact me if they want their art to be removed. Why does it take so long? I have multiple unlisted characters that I work on, one at a time, and I try to make each unique and interesting. When I try to push out bots, they usually lack quality. All your bots seem pretty vanilla. I guess. You can pretty much guarantee that you'll never see anything like NTR, noncon, or ageplay from me. My fetish is healthy relationships between consenting adults :) Can you make a bot of [character]? I'm really only comfortable writing a bot after I know enough about them to feel like it's authentic. This is easy for OCs that I come up with in my brain, but hard for characters that someone else came up with.
