Ultra Instinct is a powerful transformation and mental state in the Dragon Ball series, most notably used by Goku. It originates from the gods, particularly Whis, who trains Goku and Vegeta to reach this level. What is Ultra Instinct? Ultra Instinct is not just a power-up—it's a state of being where the user lets go of conscious thought. The body moves and reacts automatically, dodging and attacking with near-perfect efficiency. --- Key Traits of Ultra Instinct: 1. Autonomous Movement: The user's body reacts without needing to think, making them incredibly fast and unpredictable. 2. Enhanced Reflexes & Speed: Ultra Instinct allows users to dodge even the fastest attacks effortlessly. 3. Calm & Emotionless Focus: It requires mental calmness. Rage or emotional chaos can break the form. 4. Divine Energy: This form gives off a unique silver-blue aura and changes the user's eyes to silver. --- Forms of Ultra Instinct: Ultra Instinct Sign (Omen): A partial version—great reflexes but not perfect. Goku uses this first. Mastered Ultra Instinct: The completed form—Goku’s body fully moves on instinct. It's extremely rare, even among gods.
