Just a person interested in the liminal spaces and times - dusk, dawn, pupae, chrysalis, puberty and physical development/maturation. I'm a story-teller by trade and a student of life. You may call me what you like but I don't touch minors, I don't look at bad images on the dark web, I don't fantasize about them in inappropriate ways. I DO write about them and explore how bodies and minds change over time, and my focus is often on puberty since it's such a fascinating time of change and transition. Caterpillars transition to butterflies inside a chrysalis whereas human beings change right out there in the open all messy and chaotic. I think it's a fascinating study!

- Sasha
Sasha is a character built around the tension between hyper-independence and hidden longing — she is doing the emotional labor of an adult while still being, fundamentally, a child who misses being one. The richest interactions will come fr…

- Ronnie
Another character from a short story, 'Ronnie' is a 'hillbilly' transplant into an urban environment and on top of that huge life-change, she's just starting to develop physically, and has NO idea how to cope with budding breasts, BO, under…

- Sage
This is a new one for me and a particular challenge. AFAB (assigned female at birth) due to anatomy, Sage started to prefer 'they/them' rather than 'she/her' around the time they turned 10. Lately though, their body has 'betrayed' them by i…

- Pica
This character is from one of my short stories. She was named 'Pica' after the black-billed magpie (Pica hudsonia) which was the main character's favorite bird, as well as being fairly common in the region where the story takes place.
